The AI assistant from Teachino supports you with all your tasks - here you can enter or dictate everything that's on your mind, and the AI assistant helps you put it into action.
Open the AI assistant via the ✨ button at the bottom right and just get started, you can ask anything. If you're not sure where to start, just ask it: "What can you help me with?"
Every conversation stays saved in the AI assistant, you'll find it under "Recent conversations". This way you can keep chatting or read back what you discussed at any time.

The AI assistant controls Teachino for you and knows what you're currently viewing in Teachino, all in compliance with data protection, of course. For example, if you're in a course, you'll see its name at the top of the AI chat's input field. This way you always know what the AI assistant is currently referring to.
Instead of typing, you can simply speak what you need to the AI assistant using the microphone icon, which saves time.
Try it out on your phone: open Teachino and say, for example, "Create to-dos for tomorrow: I need to..." and add your usual organizational tasks.
The AI assistant can support you with all kinds of topics. You can also just ask it what it can do for you! It will answer you. Otherwise, here are some examples:
You describe in your own words what you need, the assistant creates the material and files it where it belongs. It can also revise existing materials: a simplified version for differentiation, a translation as a new version, a follow-up material for the next lesson, or a chatbot in the material that doesn't give away the solution right away.

Every piece of material created by the AI is checked against didactic criteria that we developed together with PH Salzburg.
The assistant knows your courses, folders, and your timetable. It can create new folders and distribute finished materials directly to your upcoming lessons, you no longer need to add them one by one.
Whatever you don't want to forget, the assistant enters right away. "Remind me on Monday to print the worksheets" ends up as a to-do on the right day in your timetable.
Some tasks take a few minutes, but you don't have to wait around for them. You describe what you need, close the chat and keep working or close your laptop. As soon as something is finished, the chat is marked in the list. This way you can see at a glance where something is finished and where work is still in progress.
Have a topic suggested — "I need to teach about climate change, what could I do?" → you get suitable topic suggestions.
Have materials created — "Create materials for the first four topics." → in the background, a new folder with four materials is created.
Plan lessons — "Plan the materials for my next four lessons."
Set a to-do — "Remind me on Monday to print the worksheets."
⚠️ Not yet possible: The assistant can't yet take over anything that concerns individual students. You still enter grades, observations, and absences yourself under "Assessments", as well as feedback on submissions. Tasks like "Enter an absence for Anna today" don't work yet.
You can add a source as context to any of your conversations with the AI assistant. The AI then refers to this source, which can guide the direction and quality of your material, and you can modify or expand material you already have with AI support.

a file (PDF, Word, PPTX, etc.)
a link (to a website, for example)
a YouTube video
Everything the AI creates is marked as AI-generated and labeled with "Review material". So you always see what still needs to go through your hands. Web sources used are linked in the material; you can still add your own sources as before.
Via the AI button at the bottom right, it's available everywhere, whether you're in a course, in the timetable, or in a piece of material.
No. Just tell the assistant in your own words what you need. If it's missing information, it will ask specific follow-up questions, for example "What should the students learn?" or "Where should the material be saved?"
Yes. Click the microphone icon in the input field and just speak what you need, this also works on the go on your phone.
Yes. To do this, open "Edit course" → "AI settings" in your course and enter your wishes in the field "Additional information for the AI". The assistant then automatically takes this into account for everything it creates for this course.
No. You give the task, close the chat, and carry on, or close your laptop. As soon as something is finished, the chat is marked in your list.
